PLEASE BE SURE *ALL* INSTALLATION STEPS ARE COMPLETED.
Use the Plugin Manager to update the Third Wall plugin. Begin by downloading the current release:
https://license.third-wall.com/dl/ThirdWall.dll
https://license.third-wall.com/dl/ThirdWallServer.dll
Once they have been downloaded, right-click each to make sure the file is not BLOCKED. If you find it is, unblock the file. Make sure you do the same for both DLLs, ThirdWall.dll and ThirdWallServer.dll.
Next, launch the Automate Plugin Manager. This is done by pressing System -> Solutions -> Plugin Manager. When open, click to select the Third Wall Remote Agent plugin.
After making your selection, click the Advanced -> Manage Plugins -> Update Plugin button. This will result in a file dialogue screen opening. Use that screen to select the ThirdWall.dll file you just downloaded. If successful, you will receive a confirmation:
Click 'OK' to proceed.
Next, perform the same steps to update the Third Wall Server. Select Third Wall Server on the Plugin Manager. Press Advanced -> Manage Plugins -> Update Plugin button and when prompted this time, select the ThirdWallServer.dll file downloaded above. You'll again receive confirmation that the plugin is updated.
Congratulations! You have just updated your Third Wall plugin. There's only one more step from here, to issue the new plugin to your remote computers and to restart the database agent on the Automate server.
Both tasks may be completed with one button. Use the Plugin Manager to select Advanced -> Reload Plugins -> Update Remote Agent Plugins.
This will result in a confirmation prompt:
Select 'Yes' and wait. In about 30 seconds, you'll receive a notification on the bottom of the Plugin Manager advising you the system is restarted.
Third Wall is fully supported. If you have questions on anything here, send a note to support@third-wall.com for assistance.
