Use the Plugin Manager to update the Third Wall plugin.  Begin by downloading the current release:

Once they have been downloaded, right-click each to make sure the file is not BLOCKED.  If you find it is, unblock the file.

Next, launch the Automate Plugin Manager.  When open, click to select the Third Wall Remote Agent plugin.

After making your selection, click the Advanced -> Manage Plugins -> Update Plugin button.  This will result in a file dialogue screen opening.  Use that screen to select the ThirdWall.dll file you just downloaded.  If successful, you will receive a confirmation:

Click 'OK' to proceed.

Next, perform the same steps to update the Third Wall Server.  Select Third Wall Server on the Plugin Manager.  Press Advanced -> Manage Plugins -> Update Plugin button and when prompted this time, select the ThirdWallServer.dll file downloaded above.  You'll again receive confirmation that the plugin is updated.

Congratulations!  You have just updated your Third Wall plugin.  There's only one more step from here, to issue the new plugin to your remote computers and to restart the database agent on the Automate server.

Both tasks may be completed with one button.  Use the Plugin Manager to select Advanced -> Reload Plugins -> Update Remote Agent Plugins.  This will result in a confirmation prompt:

Select 'Yes' and wait.  In about 30 seconds, you'll receive a notification on the bottom of the Plugin Manager advising you the system is restarted.

Important Notice:

If running Automate version 2021.1, you must restart the IIS Service after installation or update.  To do this, press Help -> Server Status.  That will bring you to this screen:

From here, press the 'Reload IIS' button (highlighted)

Important Notice2:

The Update Remote Agent Plugins command as suggested above may fail to issue the command to your endpoints.  Wait five minutes after issuing the command as recommended, above.  Then spot check some remote computers by checking the commands and ensuring the 'Update Plugins' command is either queued to run or has just run.

If it has not, then issue the command using an alternate method.  Right-click the 'All Agents' group and select Commands -> Remote Agent -> Update Plugins.
