Go to your groups and double-click ThirdWallV2 group. This opens the group for editing. From here, select the 'Computers' tab, then 'Remote Monitors':
Next, click to select the 'TW - Version Check' monitor on the bottom of the screen. When selected, press the 'Details' button. Your screen should now look like this:
Notice the highlighted 2.2.2.2. It may show a different number but it needs to be set to the version you're currently running. If it isn't, change that value to the exact running version. If you want to change the assigned Alert Template, you can do so now too. That setting is on the top-right of the screen. After making the change(s), hit the 'Update' button on the bottom-right. The monitor will deploy and your tickets will close on its next run.
