If technicians can not see the Third Wall tab, we must assign view permissions to the plugin to them.  To do this, open the User Class Manager.  Once open, press the 'Plugin' tab.

Select a User Class to grant the right to.  In this example, we're using the 'NOC Users' class:

Click the 'Access' checkbox for 'Third Wall Server' and save.  This change will allow members of the NOC Users class, after closing and restarting their Control Center, to be able to view the Third Wall tabs.
