Most tickets thrown by Third Wall can have their ticket category assignment modified in the Integrations Page (Dashboard -> Config -> Integrations -> Third Wall) but the Ransomware Monitor is different. The method below will show you how to route detection tickets to the appropriate board in ConnectWise Manage.
1.) Get the Ticket Category ID from the Dashboard->Config-Configurations->Information Base Categories
2.) Create a new Script. Use the first statement to set the ticket category (1), second statement to create the ticket (2)
3.) Create an Alert Template to set for the ThirdWall Ransomware Monitor Template, select the Script Error action and select the script created prior to create a ticket.
4.) If you are sending ticket to ConnectWise manage from Automate you will need to use the ConnectWise Manage Plugin to map the Automate category to the correct Service Board and Priority.
