Third Wall version 2.5.2.4 offers some new options under the Utilities section.  Open the Dashboard and select Config -> Integrations -> Third Wall to see this screen.  You will need to be signed in as a Third Wall Admin to make changes.

This document explains the two highlighted checkboxes - Maintain AELF Tickets and Maintain MELC Tickets.  These two options refer to the Alert on Excessive Logon Failures and Monitor Event Log Clearing policies, respectively.

The purpose of these checkboxes is to allow Third Wall to maintain the desired ticket operations.  We've found Automate may make unrequested changes to the intended ticket flow so that they automatically close five minutes after detecting.  Third Wall recommends a manual closing.

Enabling the checkbox will cause Third Wall to make sure those settings are not changed and if they are, will revert them to their intended operation.
