Third Wall Support may need to view Third Wall logs from your Automate server.  The following process will allow you to pull those logs and deliver them on demand.


Begin by opening the Automate Dashboard.  Then press the Config -> Integration -> Third Wall tabs.  You will need to be a member of the Third Wall Admin User Class in Automate (this page shows how to assign the Class) in order to have controls.


Press the 'Utilities' link on the left of the screen.  That will bring you here:


Note the 'Get Server Logs' link just below the center of the screen.  Press this link and the Third Wall logs from the server will appear in Notepad on your screen.  Save and send that file to support.
