SummaryThis document will show you how to enable the enhanced encryption within Third Wall.

Setup: Ensure the Automate User Account that is performing these actions is both a Super Admin and a Third Wall Admin.  This KB https://thirdwallhelp.freshdesk.com/a/solutions/articles/43000500603 will show how to assign the latter User Class.

Actions: Open the Automate Dashboard.  From there, press the Config -> Integration -> Third Wall tabs.  Next, press the 'Encryption' link.  That will bring you to this screen:

To proceed, click to check the one available checkbox.  This will result in the screen updating:

Enter some random characters in the available field and press the 'Enable FIPS' button.  This field is only to add some further randomness to the encryption, you will never be prompted for this password (so no need to save it).

Once the 'Enable FIPS' button is pressed, you'll be presented with a confirmation:

Press 'OK' to confirm.

There is a bug in the current release which may cause a false-error to appear:

It is highly likely this error message is incorrect and that the update was successful.  If you see this message, close and reopen the Dashboard, navigate back to the 'Encryption' screen.  If it looks like this, then the update was successful.
