Reset Third Wall Backend to Defaults

Confirm your Control Center login is a member of the User Class Third Wall Admins.

In Automate Control Center, navigate to System \ Configuration \ Dashboard.
Then click the Config tab, then the Integration tab, then the Third Wall tab.
Click the Utilities link on the left side.
Click the " Grenade" icon under Utilities.
This will reset Third Wall.
Then, navigate to the Plugin Manager in Control Center and click the Advanced button at the top right, navigate to Reload Plugins then click Reload DBAgent Plugins. Confirm the restart prompt.

You should now be able to apply policies to locations.
