Use wbemtest.exe to identify the pen’s serial number and compare to the registered list to identify.

Insert USB Storage device into the computer.

Press the Windows key + R to open the run command, type wbemtest.exe and click OK.

When opened click “Connect” then “Connect” again.

On this screen click “Query” and paste in this command.

SELECT Caption, DeviceID,PNPDeviceID, Name FROM Win32_PnPEntity WHERE Name LIKE '%USB Mass Storage Device%'

Click “Apply.”

You can now compare the returned results with the registered pen list to determine which one to remove so it can be registered again.
