The Third Wall plugin assumes a screen will be opened at least once per month.  If this doesn't occur, you may get a license error message when accessing a Third Wall screen.  This is described as the subscription status was lost.  This document will describe how impacted customers can fix this condition.


Note:  Customers who see this message should be aware that none of their currently assigned policies have been altered. Also, all monitoring aspects are still applied as well. There is no impact to any of your endpoints. This issue only impacts the Automate Administrator's ability to make changes to the assigned policies.


Quick Fix:  Open the Third Wall tab on the Location Screen.  Press the blue 'i' icon on the bottom-left of the screen.  This will cause the 'ThirdWall Licenser' window to appear:



Make no change, just press the 'Update License' button.  This will result in another popup:



This step only needs to be done to one Location.  Once done, that will impact all Locations.


Finally, close that Location Screen and reopen it.  If there are any other Third Wall screens open, those too will need to be closed and reopened.
